We only use translators who are certified by the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia. Our procedure is extremely streamlined all you need to do is visit our office with your original document, and we take care of the entire translation and notarization process on your behalf. Once that is done, the certified copy of your document and the certified translation are permanently attached together, along with our notarial certificate and this is known as a notarized translation. If your document also needs to be translated, we will have a certified translator prepare an official translation. We can make numerous copies, and will often charge a reduced fee for greater volume. This procedure creates a certified true copy, also known as a notarized copy. We then apply our stamp, signature and gold seal.
